Guwahati, April 30 — The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday organised a regional training programme in Guwahati under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Maha Abhiyan, bringing together participants from all eight North-Eastern states.
