
New Delhi – PropTech platform Aawas Yojana claims its national mission can unlock 1.5 crore job-years by 2030 through rehabilitation of unsold housing. Its Uttarakhand pilot aims for 15 lakh livelihoods over five years.
The model: digitised slot booking for affordable entry, escrow-secured EMI frameworks, and partnerships with local developers. “Real estate can be more than homes—it can be a jobs machine,” said Country Head – HR, Jangailiu Kamei. The firm projects a nationwide ₹5 lakh crore housing unlock by 2030.
